Your skin is an important organ of the body in addition for the beauty, skin is important to protect our body from environmental factors such as viruses, bacteria, some of the chemicals, and temperature changes. Skin also contains melanin pigment which protects the skin against ultraviolet rays from the sun. To maintain healthy skin was needed, and quite heavy. 1. Vegetables and Fruits

2. Milk Products

Cheese had higher levels of selenium, a mineral that can make your skin fresh and soft.

3. Beans

Selenium addition to making healthy skin, can also trigger the synthesis of Gluthathione. Just as antioxidants contained in vegetables and fruits, glutathione can remove dead skin cells. 4. Fish
Eat fish every day is another way to increase the amount of selenium in the diet everyday. Fresh fish contain selenium and omega-3 which peting in preventing wrinkles and soften the skin and reduce skin inflammation.
